  • Studio Semi-Private

    Your goals. Your program. Shared energy.

    Personalised Pilates programming in a small group environment — combining individual attention and tailored exercise with the motivation and community of shared movement. The best of both worlds.

    With a maximum of a few clients per session, these appointments allow you to work toward your own goals using tailored exercises and equipment-based programming, while still benefiting from the motivation and affordability of a group setting.

  • Pilates Matwork

    Move with more strength, control and ease.

    Flow-based Pilates classes that build strength, coordination, mobility and body awareness through smooth, continuous movement. Challenging, rewarding and genuinely good fun — with a warm community atmosphere and plenty of laughs along the way.

  • Longevity Matwork

    Move well, stay strong and keep going.

    A purposeful movement class designed around the principles of healthy ageing — building strength, balance, mobility and confidence so you can keep doing the things you love, for as long as possible. Osteoporosis-safe. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

    These supportive classes are programmed to promote healthy ageing, maintain independence, and keep your body feeling strong, capable and mobile. While developed with osteoporosis-safe principles and senior movement needs in mind, the class is welcoming and accessible for all ages and abilities.

    Maximum of 6 people per class.

  • Fusion Matwork

    Flow, strengthen and find your balance.

    A dynamic mat-based class blending Yoga, Pilates, balance-inspired movements and Barre to build mobility, lower-body strength, coordination and balance through flowing, full-body movement. Energising, accessible and enjoyable for all experience levels.

    Maximum of 6 people per class.

  • Strength Matwork

    Build real-world strength at every age.

    A full-body, weighted matwork class combining evidence-informed strength training with Pilates-inspired movement. Build muscle, support bone health and move through daily life with greater confidence — in a grounded, supportive environment where every BODY is welcome.
