Pilates for beginners - 6 week course
A supportive 6-week course to help you learn the basics with confidence
Our Pilates for Beginners course is designed to give you a clear, structured introduction to Pilates in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll build a real understanding of how your body moves, what Pilates is all about, and how to approach movement with more confidence — so you can take what you learn into your own practice, regular classes, and everyday life.
This is not about trying to keep up or feeling like you should already know what you’re doing. It’s about learning the fundamentals properly, asking questions, and building confidence as you go.

Over the 6 weeks, you will:
learn the key principles of Pilates
understand basic/fundamental repertoire, progressions, regressions, and terminology
